The 'creative triangle' is my term for the idea that great photos are made from a combination of good composition, an understanding of beautiful lighting and the technical ability to control your camera. You could even think of this as another version of the rule-of-thirds.
1.Composition
2.Lighting
3.Technique
composition is how the elements of a photo are arranged. A composition can be made up of many different elements, or only a few. It's how the artist puts those things within a frame that help a photograph become more or less interesting to the viewer.
Natural Artificial
Light in photography refers to how the light source, which can be natural or artificial, is positioned in relation to your subject. The position and quality of light can affect any number of things in your final photo, from clarity to tone to emotion and so much more.
Photography techniques include how the photographer uses the light and exposes the image. The shutter speed, (how long the light passes through the lens), the film speed (speed in which the film reacts to the light,) and the f-stop (aperture) determines how much light passes through the lens.
